CPP/OPP/PE flow casting film extrusion line is equipped with
1. Screw design is featured with special mixing function and high plasticized performance, to ensure the melting of plastics, evenness of color and high extrusion capacity
2. T-die is provided with flexible die combination distributor and special single-flow T-die can effect the lamination of different materials.
3. CPP/OPP/PE Flow Casting Film Extrusion Line is provided with double-cavity vacuum hood, of which the suction cavity takes away the carried air, dust and micro particle and the stabilizing cavity takes away few canted air left and stabilizes the film, to ensure good head transmission between the film and the cooling roll.
4. CPP/OPP/PE Flow Casting Film Extrusion Line is provided with double-station rotary central winding operation for both gap winding and friction winding, to meet the winding requirements of different films.
5. Auto cutting and auto receiving during roll changing.
