Particleboard (PB) with density of 550-750kg/m3 is made on the basis of wood by adding urea-formaldehyde resin. PB boasts the most extensive applications because it possesses a great number of merits such as uniform and smooth surface, gradual-changing structure, superior heat insulation, superior sound insulation and superior performance of machining and shaping at the surface and edge, it can be decorated as painting on the surface, laminating or printing wooden strips on the surface, it can be used in furniture-making, sound box, construction and decoration of vehicle or vessel etc.
Our main product: 10000-80000 m3 PB line（multi-layers press/single-layer press）
We use the No plate loading technology into our 20000-50000 m3 PB line (with muli-layers press) to simplify the whole line. And it also help the PB productors to save the cost and investment. In the last a few years, we installed more than 30 lines in Guangdong(Canton) Prov. China. And this kind of PB line can also use the rejected material of the plywood, lumber-core board and furniture for the production. |

| Specifications︰ | Application: used to produce particle board with automatic production line, and the product used widely in building, furniture, decoration etc.
1.Drum chipper
Application: used to produce wood chipper, mainly used in the preparing section of wood board industry.
2. Ring flaker
Application: used to produce flake as the material of particle board from wood chipper, bamboo chipper and other chipper.
3. Rotary dryer
Application: used to dry the flake for the particle board production line.
4. Pre-presser machine
Application: used to form the mat board for particle board production line.
5. Hot-press machine
Application: used to form the mat board into particle board with high temperature.
