PE plastic lawn mat/grass production line

Description：

This production line is used for producing the PE plastic lawn mat, which is suitable for in and outside decoration, such as the simulated guard lawn, decoration mat for windows and balcony, mat in front of room. This product is with colorful appearance, vivid, UV protection, environmental protection, innocuity, easily maintenance, with good drainage, long work life and low cost for maintenance.

Character and performance:

1.This production adopts twin extruder or single extruder due to different requirement.

2.Mould materials is high quality mould steel, inner flow path surface is plated with hard chrome. Special distribution path inside of die head, special flow path design, with double flow path feeding, and mould adopts heating stick inner heating, FUJI or RKC temperature control meter, with necessary suspending tools .

3.Forming device: Frequency conversion speed regulates, Fuji frequency convertor, forming machine owns the laminate function, can laminate nonwoven cloth, PE sheet. Laminate synchronously and adopts water cooling.

4.Haul off device: two pieces of glue roller, pneumatic clamping. Equipped with trimming blade, and adopt Fuji frequency convertor.

5.Shaping device: Adopt the heating tank

6.Winding device:Single position winding, magnetic particle clutch tension control, central winding.

10.The shape and length for the surface must be accorded. The surface should be flattening and the back bonding anti-skid nonwoven cloth should be adhered to the surface tightly and smoothly.
