Furniture Board Short Cycle Hot Press Machine Usage:
It is widely used in the industry of wood processing, building material and decoration etc. It is suitable for laminating the melamine impregnated paper in one side or both sides of particle board and MDF board to produce furniture board.

The hot press has the following models: TP-700, TP-900，TP-1200，TP-1400，TP-1600，TP-2000，TP-2200，TP-2400，TP-2800 etc. There into, TP-700, TP-900，TP-1200，TP-1400 and TP-1600 is mainly used for laminating the melamine paper in one side or both sides of PB and MDF to produce furniture board. Standard sizes of hot press are: 4'× 8', 4’× 9', 6’× 8', 6’× 9', 7’× 9'etc. Special sizes can also be made according to customers’ need.
The automation degree with different grade of the hot press can be equipped according to customer’s need. There are three kind of hot press with different automation grade for alternative: economic hot press, semi-automatic hot press and automatic hot press.
Furniture Board Short Cycle Hot Press Machine Feature:
Economic hot press adopts frame structure and overhead hydraulic cylinder. The machine is also equipped with variable frequency timing in-feeding conveyor and out-feeding roller frame or automatic out-feeding device. The machine is controlled by PLC and the advantage is easy operation, convenient installation and maintenance, little land occupation, low cost and high yield (1200 pieces/day). We can equip with in-feeding and forming board device, automatic out-feeding suction carrier, secondary cycling temperature control system, variable frequency save-electricity system, cooler etc according to the user’s requirements. We can also provide other accessories such as all kinds of cushion mat, stainless steel mould plate and thermal oil boiler etc.
Semi-automatic hot press is popular and economic short-cycle lamination line. It adopts machines to control the in-feeding board, hot pressing and out-feeding board. While it adopts labor to forming paper, edge-trimming, stacking board. It has the merits of easy operation, convenient installation and maintenance, little land occupation and high yield and is suitable for middle factory.
Automatic hot press is international advanced short-cycle lamination line. It is developed and manufactured for replacing the imported lamination line with high performance-price ratio.
