The high-speed automatic machine for bottom-sealed sacks is consist of a HT500-1paper tuber and a HD100/130-A bottom-sealed machine. It is of the modern level technique of the 90’ and is high-tech program control automatic production line. More than 20 processing on this production line are automatically accomplished by a PLC photo-electric program control system. It is featured with the adapting of the machine structure with the soft from changing of the paper. The whole processing is achieved by applying these following steps: unwinding of the paper, printing, pasting, paste spreading crosswise and lengthwise, sack tube forming tearing off, pressing flat, counting and pulling up. This production line can produce the concrete sacks, starch sacks, tea leave sacks and chemical material sacks and so on.
