Equipment usage:

This equipment is the production line for fiberglass mesh coating and fixing, mainly used for the aftertreatment namely coating, drying and shaping of fiberglass meshes, such as meshes for temperature protection of building walls, reinforce mesh cloth, grinding whell reinforced mesh cloth and other varieties. 

Dryer Form:

Vertical dryer, horizontal dryer

Heat Source of Dryer:

Mainly electric heating; besides, heat transfer oil and gas heating.

Common spec.: 1000-2000mm, the widest: 5000mm

Running speed:

Generally 3-20m/min; 10-30m/min

1. Silicon controlled temperature system

2. Uncoiling device consists of magnetic powder brake and tensioner to control the tension.

3. Top roller of dryer under fluon treatment. All guide rollers under finish turning, accurate grinding and hard chromium plating treatment as well as dynamic balance examination.

4. Cylinder pneumatic glue compressing, pneumatic roller compressing mechanism

5. Shaft rolling; the rolling end has vertical rotary cutter

6. Traction motor adopts VVVF; rolling adopts torque motor, capable of stepless speed regulating

7. Automatic photoelectric deviation-rectifying device; tidy rolling

8. Electronic meter instrument and speed meter, accurate measuring.

9. Hot wind recycling heating, electricity and energy saving 30%, fast linear speed, high automaticity, convenient operation and high efficiency.

This machine has various configuration forms for customer’s option. The width has single width and double width; single-direction cloth output and double-direction cloth output by common-use dryer.
